This program has been designed to provide nourishment for the whole person: body, mind and spirit.  From 12:30 - 2:00 p.m., participants will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the lovely Planetree healing garden while receiving a complimentary chair massage, aromatherapy session, Therapeutic touch treatment or a visit with a Delta Therapy dog.
Bernie will lecture on "Reflections on the Art of Living" from 2 - 4 p.m.
Tickets must be purchased in advance for $20.

The Natural Living Expo is New England's largest holistic event, beginning on Sept. 25th.  Bernie will be presenting at two different times on September 26th.  Cost to attend his 1 - 3 p.m. workshop is $35 (includes expo admission of $10).  His lecture on the Art of Living at 3:30 - 5 p.m. is free with Expo admission of $10.
